Q: What type of process is used to create these personalized products?

A: We use a process called "dye-sublimation", which is a very technical process that uses a special ink and transfer paper system. To turn each blank item into a finished piece, we add heat and pressure to the design on the product and that permanently places the design on the product.

Q: Will the design crack, peel, fade, etc?

A: Because of the process we use, our products are able to withstand high temperatures and will not crack or peel, the image is embedded into the products material. Also, our personalized ceramic coffee mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe!

Q: Can I get a product in a different color besides white?

A: All of our products start out white. If you look at an image of our products, any color that you see was part of the design process. Certain products can have a full-color design (such as tiles, coasters, mousepads, etc.) while some products will still have some white showing (coffee mugs, t-shirts, etc.)

Q: Can you create a design for me?

A: At Everything's Personal, we will always create the design for you! We work with you via email to complete the design process and we always email you a design proof for your approval before we create the items!
